Proziod Analytics is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves calling US-based vendors during night shift hours and working as an individual contributor in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US vendors during assigned night shift hours
- Communicate clearly and professionally to gather and share required information
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Must be based in Bangalore
- Willing to work Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
- Work From Home (must have a stable internet connection and quiet workspace)
- English is mandatory (good verbal communication skills required)
- Experience in telecalling, voice process, or US calling is preferred
