Position Overview:
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer that will prepare, clean, and manage the datasets that drive our machine learning models in addition to building, testing, and optimizing prompts to improve AI model performance. To provide structured prompts that enhance the precision, applicability, and effectiveness of AI-generated responses, you will collaborate closely with our AI research, product, and engineering teams. Prompt Crafting & Optimization
- Design and develop sophisticated prompts that guide AI behavior across various use cases
- Fine-tune prompts based on testing results and user feedback
- Create prompt variations for A/B testing to determine optimal approaches
- Document prompt strategies and build a library of effective techniques
- Stay current with advancements in prompt engineering and AI capabilities
Voice & Chat Agent Configuration
- Configure voice and chat agents for specific client needs and use cases
