- Design and develop sophisticated prompts that guide AI behavior across various use cases
- Fine-tune prompts based on testing results and user feedback
- Create prompt variations for A/B testing to determine optimal approaches
- Document prompt strategies and build a library of effective techniques
- Stay current with advancements in prompt engineering and AI capabilities
Voice & Chat Agent Configuration
- Configure voice and chat agents for specific client needs and use cases
- Design conversation flows that feel natural while achieving business objectives
- Create agent personalities that align with brand identity and user expectations
- Implement guardrails and safety measures within prompts
- Collaborate with developers to implement prompts in production environments
Workflow Configuration & Ecosystem Integration (New)
- Configure AI agents as part of end-to-end business workflows, not just standalone conversations
- Design prompts that orchestrate multi-step workflows, including data collection, validation, decisioning, and handoffs
