Role Overview

  1. We are seeking a talented, self-directed B2B Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist - to support campaign development and execution for Amazon Business India.
  2. The Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution of campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and growth.
  3. The ideal candidate needs to have passion for and deep experience in digital marketing (Paid Social, Paid Search, Outbound channels - Email, Push, Whatsapp) and should be able to manage multiple programs and projects at one time. With knowledge of the B2B acquisition funnel and actions to convert customer interest into action, the candidate will need to manage and work with agencies to handle digital marketing platforms such as Meta, YouTube, google etc.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Support the execution of Digital Marketing strategy including Paid Search, Paid Social campaigns, Outbound to drive customer acquisition.
  2. Create Go-to-market acquisition and engagement plans for new channels and agencies
  3. Manage agencies (WBR, daily meetings, define success criteria) who will run and optimize campaigns on Amazon’s behalf on channels such as (not limited) SEO, GEO (google, chatgpt, etc..), social platforms(IG, FB, etc…), display (ADA, TTD, GDN, etc..)
  4. Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop and implement projects.
  5. Lead the creation and optimisation of outbound campaigns (email, push, outbound through meta) to drive acquisitions
  6. Regularly run experiments to optimize for acquisitions and cost
  7. Analyze data for trends and insights for right channel strategy. Present the same to leadership for guidance and visibility
  8. Develop performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications

  1. 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  2. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  3. Experience in a marketing role
  4. Experience in partner marketing designing and building demand generation programs and events

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
