Design Engineer – Fixture Design
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–6 years
Your Role
As a Design Engineer – Fixture Design, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and sustaining fixtures and engineering solutions for medical products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to support verification, validation, and lifecycle management activities.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop fixtures supporting product manufacturing and testing.
- Support verification and validation (V&V) activities for products and equipment.
- Perform medical product design and development engineering activities.
- Participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities.
- Support sustenance projects, including updates and improvements to existing products.
- Prepare product and equipment validation documentation.
- Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance.
Your Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in fixture design and product engineering.
- Strong exposure to Verification & Validation (V&V) processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Creo and SolidWorks.
- Experience working on medical product design and development is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities.
- Solid knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
- VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) experience is mandatory.
