To join our Product & AI team, we are seeking a capable and driven Product Manager. This position is perfect for new hires and early career individuals with a background in engineering, design, technology management, and innovation who can handle complicated product management lifecycles and thrive in consultative, high-stakes settings. We would like to hear from you if you have developed or introduced SaaS, health/med tech, or digital transformation solutions to Indian SMBs or enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-create roadmaps, GTM plans, and success metrics with cross-functional stakeholders to align with business goals.
- Articulate and evangelize a unified product vision to synchronize internal teams on healthcare solution requirements.
- Rank features and capabilities based on competitive analysis, market trends, and commercial feedback.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from initial documentation to the deployment of software integrated with EMR systems.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Clinicians to translate complex user needs into high-quality technical requirements.
- Manage release timelines and workflows to ensure the punctual delivery of "best-in-class" solutions.
- Oversee the development, testing, and troubleshooting of software to ensure seamless interfacing with existing medical record ecosystems.
Required Qualification
- 1+ years of experience in user interface/end user software product management or a similar field
- Experience within healthcare software (ideally cloud-delivered SaaS), interfacing medical records, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST, etc.).
- Experience articulating your vision across the organisation and inspiring others to execute.
- Experience setting, driving, and achieving product timelines from concept to launch, including building product roadmaps and feature requirements for healthcare software that supports clinical decision making.
- Capable of building product requirements in collaboration with engineering, scientific, and clinical teams, and seeing through execution, including roadmap, sprints, test, validate, and release (including feature briefs, presentations, technical and feature documentation, release notes, user manuals, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail.
- Impeccable communication (oral, written, and presentation) skills; passion for creativity
- Experience working in a matrix-ed team structure (engineering, scientific, clinical, commercial), influencing across product areas/groups, and developing/delivering product roadmaps.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, changing and at times ambiguous environment
- High degree of critical thinking and independent problem solving
- Track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domain discoveries within healthcare.
- Excellent decision making, human relations, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Preferred experience with Clinical Applications systems, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), FDA regulatory processes, QMS design control, etc. • Healthcare software (engineering or product) background, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience addressing and adhering to information security standards regulations and requirements, such as HIPAA, covered entities, and EHR integration, in end user software solutions
