Your Role

  1. Deliver strategic advice and thought leadership to CFOs on FP&A topics such as integrated business planning (IBP), rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, scenario modeling, and performance analytics with focus on value realization.
  2. Lead workstreams or end-to-end engagements in FP&A transformation, including process redesign for demand forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, variance reporting, and integrated financial planning.
  3. Diagnose FP&A challenges through quantitative analysis, develop business cases, and design roadmaps for advanced planning tools, predictive analytics, and continuous forecasting capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (strategy, data science, technology, operations) to architect solutions addressing planning accuracy, cycle times, and cross-functional alignment, without direct configuration responsibilities.
  5. Support business development through proposal creation, pitch participation, and opportunity identification in FP&A advisory and transformation for existing and new clients.

  1. 10-15 years of experience in management consulting or FP&A transformation roles, with exposure to CFO agenda topics such as integrated planning, forecasting excellence, profitability optimization, and performance management; readiness for short-term local/international travel.
  2. Deep understanding of core FP&A processes (at least two of: strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, profitability analysis, management reporting, variance analysis) and familiarity with best-practice benchmarks and maturity models.
  3. Demonstrated experience in EPM/FP&A tools (e.g., Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC/SAC) focusing on advisory, process design, solution blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis, without hands-on configuration or development.
  4. Experience in GenAI implementation in FP&A transformation, including use cases for predictive forecasting, scenario generation, narrative reporting, and anomaly detection in planning processes.
  5. Expertise in planning model design, driver-based modeling, hierarchy setup for entities/products/customers, consolidation logic, and advanced profitability analytics.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to present insights to senior executives and align FP&A with business strategy.
