The Finance and Corporate Strategy team ensures that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. This is how we work to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. By gathering and analyzing financial data we can influence decisions within the business, drive initiatives, and help ensure alignment with our wider objectives.
What you need to bring:
- Financial Statement Analytics and Controls Assurance
- Design new analytic metrics to identify accounting and process errors
- Execute existing financial statement analytics projects and review the exceptions end to end
- Support complex process reviews to ensure alignment to USGAAP accounting
- Performing the SOX Business Periodic User Access Review (PUAR) and SOD
General
- Represents EFR on cross-functional teams.
- Be an advocate of HPE Standards of Business Conduct and organizational values.
- Advocate and reinforce corporate objectives and initiatives.
- First-level university degree with a focus in finance; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5-7 years of finance work experience in the Technology Industry, MNC environment.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Good understanding of HPE’s systems and tools
- Hands-on Experience in working in advanced excel functions
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
