About the Job
We are looking to add a talented and driven DevOps Engineer to our Product & AI team. The ideal applicant will have practical experience with AI and data-first infrastructure design, development, and implementation. In order to create intelligent solutions that spur innovation and provide commercial value at scale, you will collaborate closely with software engineers, clinical scientists, AI engineers, and product managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure across global data centers to meet data residency requirements.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation to automate provisioning, updates, and decommissioning.
- Design, build and operationalise CI/CD processes with tools like Bazel and Jenkins, ensuring reliable and efficient deployments.
- Configure and monitor observability tools (Zabbix, Datadog), set up alerts, and maintain centralized logging.
- Work with dashboards (Grafana, Metabase) and integrate product analytics tools (Amplitude, MixPanel, Countly) to track system and usage metrics.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enforce security best practices, RBAC, and compliance protocols.
- Handle day-to-day incident resolution, escalate issues as needed, and support playbook execution.
- Contribute to cost efficiency efforts such as lifecycle management and usage optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years in front end and/or visual design software engineering and development.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in software engineering and in depth knowledge of Cloud Platforms – GCP, Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Certifications such as AWS/GCP/Azure Certified DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.
