Job Description

  1. Create entertaining, iconic content for ACKO that people want to share
  2. Work closely and collaborate with our growth teams to understand ACKO’s lines of businesses to ideate and elevate their creatives and messaging on social media
  3. Lead our social media experiments  whether it's testing new platforms, scripting videos or working on fresh video formats  you’ll consistently find new and novel ways to express our brand and engage our audience
  4. Own the comments section and community manage social posts across our social media channels
  5. Prepare and maintain an organized social content calendar and ensure adherence to the same.
  6. Track metrics related to community engagement, sentiment, and growth, and provide regular reports and insights to inform content strategy and vision.

  1. 2 to 4 years social media experience at a major brand or creator account
  2. Video portfolio that includes long and short format content. Ability to use tools like Canva, Photoshop are a plus.
  3. Familiarity with AI tools like Veed, Descript, Canva are a must.
  4. Ability to work in high level content strategy and hands on production tasks with extreme attention to detail
