You will be a key member of our international team as an Automation Testing Associate in the Testing Center of Excellence Team. Performing methodical application functionality testing, meticulously recording outcomes, and maintaining open lines of communication with all pertinent parties are among your duties. Your proficiency with Java, Cucumber, Selenium, and BDD/TDD will be essential to guaranteeing the highest caliber of our program and quickly resolving any problems. This position offers a special chance to automate Regression and Functional test cases and contribute to our monthly/quarterly testing outcomes reports.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform regression and functional user acceptance testing for AWM business process systems.
  2. Assist in parallel running of current and new systems to validate results.
  3. Document UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  4. Define and prepare necessary test data.
  5. Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with Ops teams for quality assurance and timely bug resolution.
  6. Assist in delivering monthly/quarterly reports on testing results alongside testing duties.
  7. Automate regression and functional test cases.
  8. Collaborate closely with technology teams for BDD implementation.
  9. Automate test design using testing tools.
  10. Conduct automation feasibility studies and derive ROI.
  11. Apply practical experience in test automation with JAVA, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, API testing, and database knowledge, with familiarity in one or more automation tools.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  1. Have at least 6 years of work experience.
  2. Demonstrate expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
  3. Possess expertise in BDD/TDD – Behavior Driven Development/Test Driven Development.
  4. Have sound knowledge of Version Control (Bitbucket, GIT).
